Vietnamese steamed layer cake (Bánh da lợn)

♥ Ingredients:
(makes 2 6-inch cakes)

Green layer:
170 g (6 oz) tapioca starch
50 g (1.8 oz) rice flour
100 g (½ cup) sugar
¼ tsp salt
240 ml (1 cup) pandan leaves extract (made from 50g fresh pandan leaves) (watch my video to learn how to make pandan leaves extract here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eI-ny8rkI24)
180 ml (¾ cup) coconut milk

Bean layer:
180 g (6.3 oz) cooked mung bean (watch my video to learn how to cook mung bean here, from 0:21 to 0:40: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuLxQ06Pbtc)
20 g (0.7 oz) rice flour
40 g (1.4 oz) tapioca starch
100 g (½ cup) sugar
¼ tsp salt
250 ml (1 cup plus 1 tbsp) coconut milk
